I might order some of that too – I went with a local Roaster from here in Asheville, NC called Mt. Air Roaster. The beans are their Rwanda Coko Cooperative. These burrs are supposed to high light the bright fruity notes and, according to Tom’s description on CoffeeShrub, that is what I will get out of these beans – new roaster, new beans, new grinder – wish me luck!
