1st shift ID and OD Grinder
set up machines, perform internal and external, surface or contour grinding on a wide variety of parts having a number of shoulders, radius,recesses, and tapers to extremely close tolerances with a thin walled plastic injection molded products to a high degree of finish. Diagnose machine problems and make corrections
Candidate must be experienced in manufacturing environment or 2-3 years of trade training, good math skills, use if micrometer, gauges, calipers and knowledge of characteristics of materials, cutting tools and grinding wheels.
3rd Shift Injections Molding Tech
must have machinery experience in manufacturing environment. Duties include starting, stopping, cycling and troubleshooting molding machines
Specific knowledge of Husky injection molding would be a plus.
