Seneca Niagara Brings the “Mouth,” the “Grinder” and the Deep ...

By Barbara Rogers

Back by popular demand, thanks to Seneca Gaming and Entertainment, Deep Stacks Poker Tour rolls into Seneca Niagara February 14 through February 19. Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi and Mike “The Mouth” Matusow head up the popular crew. John Wood and his hard working Seneca Niagara staff prepare for the first ever Texas hold’em show down to be televised in Western New York. The events promise plenty of action and fun, including a couples-only, no-limit hold’em tournament. See the entire schedule on page 11 of this issue.

The buy in is $100 + 25 +10, with Seneca Niagara generously adding $1,000 to the prize pool. A three hour Power Poker Course will be available, which may even help find a leak or two in your game. The main event—set to run for three days beginning Friday, February 17 at noon—offers 50 minute blinds. $1,350+150 will get you 25,000 in starting chips and a shot at a big return on your investment.

The events will be held in the new beautiful, large area right off the elevator. As is the norm for Seneca Niagara, a very nice meal will be catered to all the poker players. If you have been to Seneca Niagara, you will agree with me, the rooms and other amenities are very, very nice.
