Will a decent cement grinder be able to grind out concrete - about 16" Square and which I want to shave off 3/16" concrete + ? I'm not even measuring yet, but it's a considerable crown that I want to level out.
Or am I going to expect too much from the tool to do this.
Vertical surface as well, so holding the shroud down to minimize dust and extra pressure as well will be *work* in itself
