Baratza Virtuoso Coffee Grinder Review

The Baratza Virtuoso Coffee Grinder has been highlighted by many coffee afficianados as one of the best “mid-range” coffee grinders on the market. It features some of the most consistent grinding abilities seen on a home coffee grinder and is very solidly built.

One of the great things about the Baratza Virtuoso Coffee Grinder is its 60 second timer feature. This handy little devise allows you to set it to grind for a pre-determined period of time up to 60 seconds.

Its 40 grind adjustments give intermediate users plently of functionality/versatility, without overwhelming them with a complex user-interface.

But perhaps one of the biggest selling features of the Baratza Virtuoso grinder is its price. At a little over $200 and is a very tempting buy for home baristas serious about their coffee.

After all, one of the key components of a proper home barista arsenal is a good coffee grinder. If you’re not able to generate fresh, consistent grinds of coffee, than you’re never going to be able to produce decent tasting coffee. This is particularly important for espresso, as it is the most sensitive to espresso grind/freshness.

Thankfully, the Baratza coffee grinder does a pretty good job for espresso as well.

But with any product, the Baratza coffee grinder does have its minor inconveniences. To find out more about these small issues, take a look at this Baratza Virtuoso Coffee Grinder review.
