Bodum Bistro Grinder Review

in Coffee Grinders

The Bodum Bistro Grinder costs $80 and is rated at an 8 for quality, an 8 for usability, a 10 for cost versus value, a 9 for aesthetics, and a 9 overall.

The Bodum Bistro Grinder has an attractive design and comes at an excellent price for the value of the product. If you are using a different coffee brewing mechanism, like an Aeropress, this grinder will give you the grind consistency you are looking for. The grinder has a generous hopper size, so less refilling is necessary; the Bistro Grinder also grinds at a reasonably quiet noise level.

Now to the disadvantages of the product… Unfortunately, the glass container on the grinder is not as static proof as many customer reviews claim. The grinder also has a twenty second grind time, which could pose an issue during dinner parties where quick grinding is necessary. It is debatable if this grinder produces a fine enough grind for espresso.

It’s difficult to find a good quality grinder at an affordable price, especially when brewing with the Aeropress. Fortunately, the Bodum Bistro Grinder has pretty positive customer reviews with a great price for a high-quality coffee grinder. This grinder is attractive, grinds quietly, and takes up minimal counter space. A solid choice for any home grinding needs!
